**The practice does NOT contract with any insurance plans. This is to allow Dr. Karhade to see you within a week or two, and to have the time needed to comprehensively discuss your skin concerns; this includes optimizing your skin care regimen and discussing short term and long term goals for your individual skin. Consultation is $275; upon request a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance plan to request reimbursement. Consultation fee of $275 may be waived for same day procedures.**
